Refund policy
The One-Game Guarantee
Use the kit at one game. If playing time isn't easier to manage, email us within 30 days for a full refund, and keep the kit.
What the 30 days cover
The 30 days cover everything you buy from us. You keep every printable file after a refund. Access to the HalfCourt Hero App, the Chart Builder or Driveway Reps ends when its refund goes through.
How to ask
Email support@halfcourthero.com within 30 days of your order, from the email address you ordered with (or tell us that address). We'll refund your payment in full.
